These terms govern your use of getdroneready.com and GetDroneReady Pro. By using the site or buying Pro, you agree to them. Plain language, no tricks — read them.

GetDroneReady is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration, PSI Services, or any government agency. FAA publications referenced or excerpted here are U.S. government works. Official FAA materials are free at faa.gov, and the FAA is always the authority over anything you read on this site.
We do not guarantee that you will pass the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot knowledge test, or any other exam. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance. The FAA charges a test fee (currently $175 at PSI testing centers) that we neither collect nor refund. We do not cover retake fees.
FAA regulations, the Airman Certification Standards, and the knowledge test itself change. We update this material as changes are published, but there may be a lag, and errors are possible. Always verify against current FAA sources before acting on anything here — particularly for a real flight operation. Nothing on this site is legal advice or an operational authorization.
Buying Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your own study. You may download the chapter PDFs and keep them. You may not:
School, fleet, and group licenses are available — ask us rather than sharing a single seat.
Pro is a one-time $47 purchase with lifetime access — no subscription, no recurring charge. Access is unlocked in your browser and stored locally on your device. Clearing browser data, or switching to a new browser or device, can hide it; email us and we will restore it at no cost. "Lifetime" means the life of the product: we intend to keep GetDroneReady online indefinitely, but we cannot promise a specific number of years.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. All sales are final; see the Refund Policy for the billing problems we do fix.
Don't attack the site, attempt to bypass the Pro paywall, submit other people's personal information through our forms, or use the AI assistant to generate abusive content. We may revoke access for any of these.
The site includes an AI study assistant. It can be wrong. Treat its answers as a study prompt, not an authority — verify anything that matters against FAA sources. See the Privacy Policy for how those messages are handled.
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAPrawl Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including a failed exam, a lost test fee, lost work, or an enforcement action. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We link to FAA, NOAA, PSI, and other outside sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
We may update these terms. The effective date below changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. Material changes to the refund or license terms will be noted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia.
