By accessing or using ResumeEdge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
ResumeEdge AI provides AI-powered career tools including resume match scoring, experience section rewriting, ATS compatibility scanning, cover letter generation, mock interview preparation, employer question generation, thank you letter generation, and grammar and clarity checking (the "Tools"). All results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and personal use purposes only.
AI-generated outputs — including grammar corrections, spelling suggestions, and clarity improvements produced by the Grammar & Clarity Check tool — are automated suggestions only. They do not constitute professional proofreading, editing, or career counseling services. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any suggested changes before incorporating them into your documents.
All purchases are one-time payments. Because our services are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis as follows:
Technical Issues: If a verified technical error on our end prevents you from accessing your results, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at info@resumeedgeai.com within 48 hours of purchase with a description of the issue.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your results, we may offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion. We do not guarantee full refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, as results vary based on the quality and completeness of the materials you provide.
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate charge.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Please note that Stripe's processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) is non-recoverable and will be deducted from refunds issued at customer request rather than for technical errors.

All content, branding, tool designs, prompts, interfaces, and underlying technology associated with ResumeEdge AI are the exclusive property of ResumeEdge AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
You retain full ownership of the resume content and materials you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant ResumeEdge AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use in your job search only. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI-generated outputs commercially.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's prompts, logic, or underlying systems by automated or manual means; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (d) use the Service to generate content on behalf of third parties for commercial resale; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
ResumeEdge AI does not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or any specific career outcome. Our tools are designed to improve the quality of your application materials, but results depend on many factors beyond our control, including hiring decisions made by third parties. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or suggestions that are not suitable for your specific situation. Always review all outputs carefully before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ResumeEdge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
