PDFs, the full question bank, Hard Mode, and the exam simulator — all sales are
final.
- All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on Pro access.
- You get the entire product at the moment of purchase. There is nothing left to deliver, and nothing to return.
- Try before you buy: Chapter 1 and rotating practice questions are free, with no signup.
Why there are no refunds
This is a digital product with instant, permanent delivery. The chapter PDFs download to your
device and stay there. Once you have them, a refund would mean returning something you still hold.
That is why the free tier exists — so you can read a full chapter and work through real practice
questions before spending anything.
💡 Before you buy
Work through the free Chapter 1 material and a few practice sessions
first. If the format, the writing, and the question style work for you, Pro is the same thing
across all 12 chapters. If they don't, you have spent nothing.
What we will fix
All sales final does not mean we disappear after checkout. Contact us and we will make these
right:
- Duplicate charge. Charged twice for the same purchase? We refund the
duplicate. Email us within 60 days with the Stripe receipt.
- You never got access. If payment cleared and Pro did not unlock, that is a
delivery failure, not a change of mind. We will restore your access or refund you.
- Unauthorized charge. If you did not make the purchase, contact us before
your bank. We will refund it and we will not argue.
- Lost access. Pro status is stored in your browser. New device, cleared
browser data, or a different browser can hide it. Email us and we will restore it — free,
no time limit.
What is not a refund reason
- Changing your mind after downloading the material.
- Not passing the FAA Part 107 exam. We are a study tool, not a guarantee — see our
Terms of Service.
- Deciding not to pursue a Part 107 certificate.
- Expecting content we do not advertise. Everything Pro includes is listed on the
pricing section before you pay.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, email info@getdroneready.com
first. We answer within one business day and we would rather solve it directly than through your
card issuer. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in Pro access being revoked.
